| I.P Abstract & Summary | The present invention relates to a real wood film and a method for manufacturing an injection-molded real wood product using the real wood film. The real wood film comprises: a sliced veneer; a non-woven fabric bonded to the underside of the sliced veneer with a non-aqueous adhesive and configured to protect the sliced veneer from moisture; a formation enhancement layer bonded to the underside of the non-woven fabric and configured to prevent the sliced veneer from wrinkling due to heat applied to the sliced veneer and to prevent cracking; and a thermoplastic adhesive layer bonded to the underside of the formation enhancement layer and configured to allow adhesion to the injected resin. |
