| I.P Abstract & Summary | Abstract A method of manufacturing an environment-friendly synthetic board by preparing coffee sludge by collecting it and drying to a moisture content of 30% or less. Calcium carbonate is added and mixed. The mixture is dried to a moisture content of 20% or less at room temperature. The dried mixture is ground to a particle-size distribution of 50 to 200 meshes. A synthetic resin, a dispersant, and a plasticizer are added to the mixture, and uniformly mixed, followed by melting the resulting mixture. The resulting mixture is placed into a metal mold and extruded at a temperature of 165 to 180°C and a molding pressure of 4 to 4.3 MPa to form a mold. The mold formed is then cut to a predetermined size. |
