| I.P Abstract & Summary | FIELD: musical instruments. SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a mouthpiece for wind instruments. A method for manufacturing a wind instrument mouthpiece includes the following steps: grinding a first synthetic resin material and a second mineral material; mixing the first and second materials in a predetermined ratio; melting the mixed materials and continuously extruding the primary moulded product having a constant cross-sectional shape; cutting the stamped primary moulded article into separate primary moulded articles at predetermined intervals; and shaping the secondary moulds by processing the cut primary moulds to form mouthpieces. EFFECT: durability, as well as the achievement of excellent resonance, due to the properties of the material, with the provision of lighter, cleaner and richer sound production. 1 cl, 2 dwg |
