FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: flat film-type heating element is configured in the form of a multi-layered heat production films: a base film of synthetic resin in the lower layer in the form of a sheet film, and a carbon heating block of carbon materials in multiple rows of heat production. In the central area of the main film, there are a pair of copper foil buses adjacent to the centre, passing electric current into the carbon heating unit and facing each other so that the intensities of electromagnetic waves and the magnetic field mutually eliminate each other when passing electric current, as well as a pair of central silver buses between the carbon heating unit and the copper foil buses, made of silver materials, ensuring uninterrupted flow of electric current to the carbon heating unit. The upper side of the base film has a Lamirex film applied to protect the carbon heating unit and the copper foil buses adjacent to the centre. |
