| I.P Abstract & Summary | FIELD: meteorology. SUBSTANCE: device for accumulating high-altitude atmospheric energy is intended for accumulating energy of low-temperature air at a high altitude in airspace. The accumulating device comprises an air reservoir capable of storing air, an air supply pipe installed in such a way that it extends in a vertical direction and the lower end thereof is connected to the air reservoir and a compression means, which is installed in airspace, is connected to the upper end of the air supply pipe and is capable of compressing air by means of wind energy and of supplying compressed air to the air reservoir via the air supply pipe.
