The present invention relates to a permanent anchor to be used for preventing the collapse of a cut slope at a cutting area of a rock, the ground or the like, or for preventing the collapse of an excavated wall during various public works and, more specifically, comprises: a steel wire fixing part for fixing and coupling tension wires; and a mounting head part extended and deployed by grout injection pressure, such that the mounting head part is coupled to the lower end of the steel wire fixing part, wherein the mounting head part comprises: a moving body operated by the grout injection pressure; and a plurality of anchor wings extended and deployed by the pressure of the moving body. |
