The present invention relates to a locking device and a bicycle storing device having the locking device, and the purpose of the present invention is to enable easy and convenient storage of an object to be stored, such as a bicycle, and to prevent the same from being stolen. The locking device according to the present invention comprises: a fixing portion rotated by the weight of an object to be stored and contained in an empty space, which is formed in the object to be stored; and a locking portion spaced from the fixing portion by a predetermined distance and configured to confirm the user's number input manipulation and to move a stopper, which is provided therein, forwards or backwards, thereby controlling the fixing action by the fixing portion. |
