| I.P Abstract & Summary | The present invention relates to pruning shears with which, when branches and stems of a landscape tree or a fruit tree and the like are cut, in the case in which the branches or stems have large diameters or are hard, the pruning shears may cut the branches and the stems while minimizing slipping and the like that occurs during pruning, and in addition may absorb the shock applied to the hand of a worker when thick branches or the stems are cut, and may be conveniently hung on a tree branch while working. Also, the pruning shears include slide-type means for accommodating a portable saw for cutting tree branches or stems that are outside the cutting range of the pruning shears. |
